This design began with a rare vintage button, carefully sampled to create an original part.
To preserve the impression of the original, we modeled it in CG, refined every detail with 3D printing to 0.1mm precision, and even recreated the mold when early samples did not meet our vision. The result is a form born of persistence and intention.
For this edition, we selected black rutilated quartz—a natural stone filled with fine needle-like crystals, each piece carrying its own unique expression. Known to ease tension and encourage focus, it is also said to support confidence and success. While rutilated quartz can range from whitish to deep black, we specifically chose stones with bold, dark inclusions for a more striking presence.
Compared to the pearl version, which conveys elegance, this black edition feels more casual and modern. A single change of material transforms the impression entirely.
At the top sits our original button-inspired part, with its rounded silhouette infused with a modern edge—simple yet distinctive.
